You took away my ID and and level AGAIN

I dont know why this is happening again. The first time I was irritated but now Im getting really upset. I love this game but will probably end up deleting it soon and requesting a refund. I also noticed that all the previous reviews that followed your Dec. 9 "update" have also disappeared. Whats up?? Please fix it to stay.
