Unhappy with update

This used to be a very relaxing game to play. Now, like everyone else here, with the update I lost my profile and became "guest" at Level 1. But that isnt the worst part. I was able to restore my "Pro"status, which I paid for so that I would have to extra 10 seconds, but it meant nothing. Now, you can have the 10 seconds if you agree to watch the ads in between the round and the list of makeable words. Although I PAID for this privilege I still am forced to watch the ads. Additionally, it is harder to see the board. They tweaked the colors just enough to make it hard to discern if you already made a word.i Im going to abandon this game and find another similar game that is les annoying.
I wrote this at the beginning of December, 2015. Since then, by communications through the game, my profile was restored, with my level. Also, the administrator confirmed I had " Pro" and reassured me that I shouldnt be getting the full page ads and that this would be fixed with an update. Really lovely customer service. HOWEVER...I opened the game tow days ago to find myself back at level one, without Pro, with full page ads. I give up!
