Game stops!

Cool and addictive but Im kinda sick of the timer that stops and you cannot do anything. Like it stops at 0:40 and starts at 0:35 and it just freezes like that! Whats wrong?
Ive called the company, sent an email like they requested. No answer from the Turkish officials,yet... :( very disappointing! Why did I buy the game to gain extra 10 seconds if Id lose even more??? Its getting worse and worse (countdown-wise)
