Great, but not dont bother paying for it

This game is absolutely excellent: the graphics are solid and attractive, the music and sound effects are appropriate and well chosen, and it is easily the best word game available for iOS. My only complaint with this game is that the ads, which appear at the top of the screen, can be quite annoying and distracting when you are rushing to search for words; the last thing that you need at that time is to have your eye drawn away from the game board. Unfortunately, I thought that paying to upgrade the game from the free version to the full version would remove the ads, but that is not the case. Indeed, the only discernible benefit to paying is to unlock the endless mode.

The game author should certainly consider changing this feature, as this is typically how things work in the iOS world. I very much regret paying for this game now, as there is little benefit to doing so and the authors "double dipping", i.e. continuing to make ad based revenue off those who pay seems dishonest to me. I urge those reading this to refuse to pay and support this profit model.
